Fortunately many couples are able able to reach agreement about financial matters but sometimes agreement is just not possible.

This guide may help you understand the ‘road map’ for sorting out finances. survival_guide_finances_divorce-final(website) (1)

In appropriate cases we will encourage you to attend  mediation with your husband/wife in order to try to reach agreement before advising you to start court proceedings.

If you are able to reach agreement then we will recommend that the details are recorded in a consent order, in order to provide certainty and security for the future.

If you aren’t able to reach agreement then we may recommend that you ask the court to resolve matters but we will advise you carefully on the likely benefits and costs involved.

We offer a range of fixed fees for most of our services, including disputes about finance and property on divorce.
